Sunshine Sale FAQs

1. When is the sale?  Shop our website @ pinkpaddock.com on September 12th and 13th!

2. We will only be participating in the online sale.

3. Will you be open during the online sale for in store shopping?  No, We will be closed on the 12th and 13th to fill our online orders. With the amount of orders coming in on the website, we cannot keep up with shopping in store and online at the same time.

4. Can I still choose in store pick up rather than having my order shipped?  Yes of course. However, if you select in-store pick up and are NOT picking up in-store at our Saratoga location, your order will be canceled.

5. Will you be taking DM orders or phone orders?  If time permits, we will make very attempt at answering the phone or messages, however, please understand that items will be selling quickly and this is probably not the best way to place an order.  Please utilize our website for all orders.  

6. Are items returnable or exchangeable?  NO all sale items are a final sale and are not eligible no return or exchange.

7. I just placed an order can I remove an item or add an item?  Unfortunately no.  Once an order is placed that is a final order and nothing can be removed or added.  

8. Can I combine orders by leaving a message to do so?  Unfortunately no.  Orders cannot be combined.  If you would like an additional item, you will have to place a new order.

9. How much is shipping?  Shipping is $10 in the continental United States.

10. When will my item ship?  We will make every effort to ship all orders within a few days.  

11. I placed an order for in-store pick up when can I pick up my item?  Keep your eye on your email.  When your order is ready for pickup you will receive an email.  Orders will not be available for pickup for at least 48 hours after ordering so please be patient.

Gifts with Purchase are awarded on FULL PRICE LILLY PULITZER MERCHANDISE ONLY 

Minimum spend required before taxes and shipping.

Substitutions may occur at the sole discretion of the Pink Paddock and gifts may vary due to demand. 

No code necessary upon check out.
