RETURN POLICY

Thank you so much for shopping "small" at the Pink Paddock!

We hope that you love your new items, but realize that sometimes it just doesn't work out! 

If you need to return something, please call the store for a return authorization number which you will mark on the outside of your return package.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.  We do recommend insuring the return as we are not responsible for lost or missing packages in the shipping process.

RETURN POLICY

All Returns must be postmarked within 5 calendar days if being delivered.  After 5 calendar days, all sales are considered a final sale.

ALL SALE MERCHANDISE IS A FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return or exchange

In addition, all jewelry and swim suits are a Final Sale .

 All tags must be attached and merchandise must be new unworn, unaltered, and in sellable condition.  

Shoes must be returned in their original box and the box must be in sellabel condition

Any Damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise.​  

​

All items that are on sale or that receive any type of discount, are considered a final sale and may not be returned.  

​

GWP's .  If you receive a GWP with your purchase and you choose to return that purchase, the GWP must be returned as well.  If the GWP is not returned, a store credit will be issued rather that a refund.

All special orders are a final sale.
