We provide flat rate $10 shipping anywhere in the Continental USA!
In store and curb side pick up is also available.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We strive to help every customer find that perfect Lilly. We do realize that on occasion, you may change your mind. Within 7 days form the date of purchase you may return an item for exchange, merchandise credit or a full refund minus shipping costs. You must have your original Pink Paddock store receipt. All tags must be attached and merchandise must be new unworn, unaltered, sellable condition.
A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise is returned after 7 days and within 21 days from the date of purchase. After 21 days, all merchandise is considered a final sale and may not be returned for refund, store credit or exchange.
If you purchased an item and received a gift with purchase, that gift must be returned in order to receive a full refund. If no gift is returned, and your item is returned within 21 days form the purchase date, a store credit will be issued.
The following items are considered a final sale and may not be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit. Swimwear, earrings, special occasion dresses, these will be denoted within the item description on the website.
All items that are on sale or that receive any type of discount, are considered a final sale and may not be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit.
All shoes must be returned in the original box and that box must be in sellable condition.
All special orders are a final sale.
